Felpham Parish Church, and its Associations

Felpham Parish Church, and its Associations

Memories of William Blake and his patron William Hayley crowd around Felpham, for it was in a Felpham cottage that the former spent three of the happiest years of a tragic life, and Hayley had a residence at Felpham where he entertained his friends and was himself buried in its churchyard. The church itself is a Norman foundation.
