HONOUR TO THE MOTHERS, DERBY'S MEMORIAL

The mothers of Britain, who made their full sacrifice in the war, are honoured at Derby in this tender arid dignified monument. The design was the conception of Mr. Charles Thompson, a native of the town, and the figure was executed by Mr. A. G. Walker, the well-known sculptor and Academy exhibitor.
