THE CAIRN AT CULLODEN

THE CAIRN AT CULLODEN

Against a dark and sorrowful background of pines, this rough stone cairn on Culloden Moor is the final monument to the lost cause of the Stuarts and the men who died for it. The cairn was erected in 1881.
